The automatic splicing elastic machine is equipped with 1306, 311G-1510, 1900SS machine heads, the sewing speed reaches 2500 per minute, the width of the elastic bands that can be sewn is 8~50 mm (60-120 mm needs to be customized), the length of the small circumference is 350px, and the length of the splicing overlap is 25mm. When the equipment is running, start the microcomputer control, the intelligent touch screen displays a simple program, Chinese and English language selection, set the length, width and quantity of the elastic band belt (each batch of work can choose to make 1-5 different lengths of the elastic band) press the start button, the elastic band with logo and letters is transmitted by the equipment, and enters the color mark sensor device, the electronic eye recognizes the position of the elastic band logo and the letters, high-speed automatic cutting, splicing at the same time, multi-needle sewing. The optional KBC device, five-position rotary receiver, is suitable for automatic rewinding of 1~5 different lengths of elastic tape according to preset instructions.

Shaping/feeding device
